At Drunk America, every product is proudly made-to-order right here in the USA. That means we don’t keep inventory sitting around — we fire up the presses just for you the moment you place your order. Because of this custom setup, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges — unless we made a mistake on our end (which is very rare).
But don’t worry — we’ve got your six.
If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or there’s a mistake on our end, we’ll make it right. Just shoot us an email at info@drunkamerica.net and we’ll walk you through the next steps. Be sure to include photos so we can handle it quickly!

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged item, we’ll take care of it. Once we receive your return and inspect the issue, we’ll email you with an update. If approved, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within a few business days.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If that’s the case, email us and we’ll get a replacement headed your way.
