All items are printed to order in the USA. If there is ever an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Return window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Return cost: If your item is defective or incorrect, we cover the replacement at no cost to you.

Eligible for Free Replacement or Refund

  • Item arrives damaged
  • Item is misprinted
  • You received the wrong product or size due to our error

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Ordered wrong size or style
  • Fit preference or change of mind
  • Normal wear after use

Because all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing or personal preference.

Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.


How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email us at info@drunkamerica.net within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and confirm the fastest resolution (replacement or refund)

If approved, replacements are shipped at no cost, or refunds are issued back to your original payment method.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed after approval
  • Most banks post refunds within a few business days

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. Contact us and we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
