🎄 What’s the cutoff for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
Orders placed after 12/9/24 may arrive after Christmas. Order early to make sure your gear arrives in time.


🚚 How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your shipping label is created.


📦 How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is being prepared for shipment, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. You can follow it every step of the way.


📬 Why didn’t I receive my full order?
Some of our products ship from different facilities across the U.S. — for example, trucker hats and shirts are made separately. If you receive part of your order first, don’t worry — the rest is on the way and should arrive shortly after.


🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we made a mistake.

But don’t worry — mistakes are extremely rare, and if your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement. You can order with confidence knowing we stand behind everything we ship.

💵 Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if there's a problem with your order due to an error on our end, we’ll either refund you or send a new item free of charge. If something’s not right, just email us at info@drunkamerica.net and we’ll take care of it.
